We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a convenient parking area. The transportation options were excellent, with the hotel located in the heart of the downtown area and central to the Pratunam markets. We appreciated being able to easily access public transport. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated in a store that sells SIM cards just 50 meters away from the building. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The name is not really A-2 House and any taxi will take you there. The address that appear on this web site is also wrong. The hotel has a different name...that quite odd actually. I made the booking for A-2 house and we stayed at The Best Bangkok House. The hotel was nice though

When after had complaint about hotel facilities, that they said they have but they don't have at all, they changed us to other hotel which had at least internet facilities but wasn't good as well.
Poor staff, they receive you in a tiny internet shop, breakfast is serviced 7 minutes walking from the building, don't have Internet, the pool is even in other building, they charge you for paying by credit card.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a big plus for staying connected during my trip. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to all the shopping malls, making it easy to explore and shop around.- The hotel had a nice view and provided a quiet atmosphere, allowing for a peaceful stay during the new year's holiday.
One of the downsides of my stay was the lack of cleanliness in the room. I encountered cockroaches, which was quite unpleasant and not something I expected.

The rooms ( I changed 2 rooms) were fine. Location of the hotel is 15' walking from the beach. The staff is also ready to help.
